Loughborough Lifeskills Centre Manager 

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lifeskills Centre Manger to oversees all operations, people, finances and external relationships based from their Lifeskills Centre. This includes both support and education packages based in the Centre, and work with young people on projects that run externally, leading to the achievement of great outcomes for young people You will know how to lead a team in delivering courses, activities and events. You will be engaging and creative, whilst being organised and efficient with time and resources. You will know how to set-up efficient systems, be able to deliver teaching sessions and know how to map work to the requirements of contracts, funders and exam boards. You will be part of TwentyTwenty’s Senior Management Team, leading by example in ideas and energy, and comfortable in helping shape organisational strategy and activity.

Sessional Teacher (Derby, Leicester, Loughborough) 

The role of Sessional Teacher is to engage, support and teach young people, designing and implementing creative, engaging schemes of learning and lesson plans that drive our young people's qualification levels and subject knowledge upwards. 

In this role, you'll be teaching from Entry Level 2 to Level 2 in Maths, English and IT, or developing your own resources focused on the topic and area specified at the point of referral. You will be able to motivate students through high quality lessons and equip them through practical and academic knowledge. You will run session as and when required, across different age groups (11-24), on a one-to-one basis or in a group, as well as helping other Lifeskills staff embed the subjects in their lessons. Your passion for young people will earn their trust and respect, giving you currency to increase their learning.
