Trisha Goulbourne-Hynes, Business Development Director, brings a high level of commercial business acumen to the voluntary sector. Trish has a wide range of business development, employer engagement, marketing and communications expertise developed over 20 years of working within private & public sectors including BT, the BBC and a wide range of non-profit organisations. Trisha leads on income generation & stakeholder communications for TwentyTwenty, and line manages the fundraising team. 

Trish has an MBA (passed with distinction) and post-graduate professional qualifications in marketing and has won a number of industry awards for large, national multi-media campaigns driving awareness, revenue income and student recruitment. Trish is particularly passionate about using her knowledge and skills to support disadvantaged young people in realising their true potential and in creating the environments and funding support which enable them to do this.
