Lloyds Bank Foundation

"We are proud to fund TwentyTwenty, whose work with young people is literally turning lives around in Leicestershire. They are using our £75,000 grant to break the cycle of disadvantage through their education and unemployment programmes, and as we continue to work with them through our Charity Mentoring programme and consultancy support we are seeing them go from strength to strength as an organisation. That is why Lloyds Bank Foundation recognised them as Charity of the Year in our recent Awards – they are making a truly outstanding impact." (Paul Streets OBE, CEO - Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales)

KPMG Career Insights Day

KPMG’s partnership with TwentyTwenty has been a huge success. We wanted a different kind of charity partnership, one where we can get involved and apply the skills we use in our day jobs to make a difference. It has been fantastic to get to know some of the young people that TwentyTwenty support and so rewarding to hear their feedback that the time we spend with them is having a positive impact. Our people are learning a great deal too, getting the chance to practice presentation and interviewing skills. The work TwentyTwenty does is so important, they are a fantastic local charity and one we are proud to support through what really is a great two way relationship. (Mark Flanagan Director, NM Audit Nottingham & Leicester -KPMG LLP)

Marks and Spencer

M&S’s partnership with TwentyTwenty has given us the opportunity to work closely as a team…most of all we have immense pride in what we have been doing. We have had so much fun along the way, hosting a quiz night, charity cycles, and completing a skydive. Working together to achieve this has brought our team closer whilst supporting such a fantastic charity. (Avril Jones, Store Manager - Loughborough SF)

Prima Solutions

This was the first Prima Solutions TwentyTwenty Challenge and it will not be the last. The event was a huge success. We are delighted to be able to support the fantastic work of TwentyTwenty across the East Midlands and would like to thank everyone involved for their outstanding efforts in raising £10,000. We can’t wait for next year’s challenge! (John Norman, Chairman - Prima Solutions)

Peter Pizzeria

At Peter we have created a contemporary and quirky pizzeria. Finding the right people is as important to us as serving tasty, fresh and authentic Italian food. We’ve worked with TwentyTwenty to recruit apprentices that we train in our restaurants to our very high standards. This recruitment strategy has been very successful with many apprentices becoming long serving staff who embody Peter Pizzeria’s unique culture. (Raffaele Russo, Director - Peter Pizzeria)

East Midlands Airport

We were delighted to host the employability skills event for TwentyTwenty. We pride ourselves on our long standing commitment to supporting the community. Through our work in our dedication education facilities, we aim to give young people more opportunities to develop their skills and learn about a local business. Education and employment are two areas of particular important to us and by working with TwentyTwenty to offer opportunities to disadvantaged young people in the area; we hope to inspire more people to further expand their skills and see the benefits of working for such a large, diverse employer. (Colleen Hempson, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager - East Midlands Airport)
