Sarah has spent most of her career in the charity sector and joined the board in 2015. She is currently Director of Development and Communications at London based charity Greenhouse Sports overseeing their fund raising. Previously she led the fundraising strategy for the Diocese of London where she advised their 395 parishes on fundraising. Before that she pioneered apprenticeships and innovative CSR programmes within some of the world’s largest companies, helping thousands of disadvantaged young people into employment at leading youth charity City Gateway, where she led their corporate partnerships team. She holds an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Cass Business School and has developed policy recommendations to address youth unemployment and disadvantage in Britain.

An expert in charity management, governance and fundraising, Sarah is  passionate about developing strategic partnerships between charities, the private and public sector to tackle some of society’s most difficult problems. With networks and experience across the private, political and not for profit sectors she has supported a number of start-ups as well as implementing change in large organisations.
