I joined TwentyTwenty in March 2018 after having worked with Christian Aid for the last 12 years, overseeing several extremely large international development projects. This work took me to challenging places across Africa, often in a time of crisis, to support our teams on the ground.

My previous role was as a partner in an accountancy and consulting firm in Leicester, where I worked for several years, gaining a strong background in financial management and strategic leadership.

My move from the corporate to the charity sector was driven by a burning desire to use my talents and experience to promote social justice wherever I work; reflecting the values I hold. I am a passionate advocate of the massive benefits of bringing skills and attitudes learned in the private sector into the charity sector, plus I was ready to move from an international social justice emphasis to wanting to make a real difference where I live.

I am excited about bringing my skills, passion and experience to TwentyTwenty, and adding them to the incredible values based commitment and passion of the team so that together we can deliver real and long lasting impact on the young people we work with.

Outside of work I am an obsessive rugby union fan, I enjoy cycling, acoustic music and playing the guitar. Amazed by grace, I like nothing more than reading a good book on theology.
