Kay Bennett I’ve always loved helping to change people’s lives for the better, whether it be having an ear to bend, helping them apply for a job or even just pointing them in the right direction. There is nothing more rewarding than helping to move someone forward in life regardless of how big or small the step they have taken. Having gone down a rocky road in the past myself I feel I can use what I’ve learnt along the way to now be able to support young people to make the most of their lives and to try to encourage and empower them to be able to progress and move forward in life. Having recently joined Twenty Twenty, I can safely say that each and every member of staff is on board to support the students and the students are the reason why they get up in the morning. I can’t wait to be fully integrated with the team. Outside of work the main thing that takes up most of my time is maintaining and restoring decommissioned aircraft which I fully intend to get the students and staff involved at TwentyTwenty.
