I have worked for a large part of my life in construction and have always known that I wanted to work with young people in a way that empowers them to be able to whoever and whatever they want to be. So in 2011 I embarked on my journey to do just that; I started studying counselling and psychotherapy at evening school and started as a volunteer mentor at Derby youth offending service where my passion for working with young people was ignited. Now I am so pleased to say I am a Journey to Work Coach and I get to work every day with amazing young people empowering them to achieve their dreams.

I have a passion for the outdoors, Arsenal football club and food. I love to travel and immerse myself in other people’s cultures.
