It’s a pleasure to join TwentyTwenty after a varied career that has taken me around the world but put me right where I belong!  I spent 10 years in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer that saw me deployed to the conflicts in the Balkans and later Iraq.  Upon leaving the military I co-founded a non-profit with the mission to train and equip young people to start NGOs and start-ups around the world.  I then moved to the UK where I’ve worked in both the charity and education sectors, working primarily to help those with special educational needs and disadvantaged backgrounds.

I believe that my experience has set me up perfectly to move into this role at TwentyTwenty – to lead the fantastic programmes that help young people achieve and succeed—and to help the charity move into the future with strength and purpose.   It is my goal to make TwentyTwenty into the sector leader and benchmark for getting disadvantaged young people back into education or employment—with an amazing ethos, a dedicated and passionate team, and a proven methodology that works!

When I’m not working with the team at TwentyTwenty, I’m usually outdoors – I enjoy hiking or camping with friends, splashing through the lanes with my Land Rover, or traveling and exploring with my wife and three kids.
