Love4Life represented our young people in parliament yesterday at the parliamentary consultation on Supporting Relationships Education.

Together with other experts in relationships and sex education, Liv Bauckham, Lead Love4Life Coordinator for TwentyTwenty, spoke about the challenges faced by vulnerable young people and made suggestions about what should be included in the new schools' guidance. She stressed the importance of building healthy self-esteem first saying ‘when young people begin to feel good about themselves they are more likely to make positive decisions about their lives, including their friendships, relationships and sex.’

Liv Bauckham and Beth Gladwin (Love4Life Coordinator for Leicester City) are working together with young people to make a submission on behalf of Love4Life TwentyTwenty, for the parliamentary call for evidence due on the 12th of February 2018.
